Medical Equipment Planner

In this role, you will serve as a vital member of a cross-functional team of architects, contractors, interior designers, and owner's representatives working towards the successful completion of construction projects. The travel requirement for this position is 30%. Responsibilities include:

  • evaluating existing medical equipment for potential reuse/relocation
  • sourcing medical equipment specifications and combining such data into Owner Furnished Equipment manuals
  • developing and maintaining equipment budgets
  • coordinating delivery and installation schedules per site-readiness to receive equipment
  • assisting with equipment procurement

 

Inventory Analyst

As a member of a team of Inventory Specialists, you will help create an accurate asset listing for our clients. The travel requirement for this position is 40% to 60%. Responsibilities include:

  • travel to medical facilities to record data on medical equipment
  • reconcile the inventory data collected on-site to the existing asset records
  • prepare files for inventory team to use during on-site data collection
  • communicate with facility staff by phone and email to schedule inventory activities

Job Requirements

  • 2- or 4- year College Degree or Professional Certification, Healthcare industry preferred

  • Ability to maintain a smoke-free work environment at all times

 

Working Conditions

  • Ability to travel, usually Monday through Friday
  • Ability to walk 5+ miles over the course of a work day (excellent physical condition)
